Full Refund for Cancellations
If you need to cancel your picnic, we offer a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before your picnic date. Contact us, and we’ll process your refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations
The weather in Hawaii is almost always perfect; however, in the rare event that it is not possible to do your picnic on the requested date due to inclement weather, we will do our best to offer an alternative date. However, if a reschedule is not possible and the picnic has to be canceled, guests will receive a 50% refund. This policy applies only if trip protection has not been purchased.

Trip Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing trip protection insurance at the time of booking. With trip protection, you will be fully covered in the event of cancellation due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our family photography sessions include a one-hour photoshoot at your chosen location, professional editing of the images, and a digital gallery where you can view and download your photos. How do I receive my photos after the session?


After your photography session, we will professionally edit your images and provide you with a digital gallery. You will receive an email with a link to access your gallery to view, download, and share your photos. The editing process typically takes less than 1 week.

Can I request specific poses or locations during the session?


Yes, we encourage you to share any specific poses or location ideas you have in mind for your session. Our photographers are happy to incorporate your vision into the shoot to ensure your photos reflect your personal style and preferences.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my session?


If the weather is unfavorable on the day of your scheduled session, we will work with you to reschedule for the next available date that suits your schedule. We aim to provide the best possible experience and ensure your session is in optimal weather and lighting conditions.
